The new "L’Olifant" Model 1669 Wagner Tubas !

Since November 2025, our workshop and the musicians of the Paris National Opera Orchestra have been collaborating to craft the "L’Olifant Model 1669 Wagner Tuba".
Following the creation of the prototype in February 2026 and its validation by the horn players of the Paris National Opera, four "L'Olifant" Model 1669 Wagner tubas have been crafted from sheet brass in our Paris workshop.
*Our L’Olifant Model 1669 Wagner tubas will be played by musicians from the Paris National Opera Orchestra at the Paris Opera from November 6 to November 22, 2026, during the "RING Festival 2026", where they will perform Richard Wagner’s Ring Cycle.
